   Shrieenidhi Diamonds acts solely as the initiator, facilitator, and technology service provider for listing and connecting Nagarathar Vidudhi’s (Chatrams) on this platform. The ownership, administration, and operation of each Vidudhi remain entirely with the respective Vidudhi management.
2. Booking & Payment Disclaimer
   Shrieenidhi Diamonds shall not be held responsible for:
   * Any payment failures, transaction errors, or technical issues occurring during the booking or payment process
   * Delays, interruptions, or failures caused by third-party payment gateways, banks, or service providers
   Guests are advised to verify successful payment confirmation before assuming a reservation is complete.
3. Vidudhi Services & Facilities
   Shrieenidhi Diamonds does not guarantee or warrant the quality, availability, or continuity of services offered by any Vidudhi. Facilities, amenities, rules, or services at Vidudhi’s may be added, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice at the sole discretion of the respective Vidudhi management.
4. Responsibility of Vidudhi Management
   All decisions regarding:
   * Room allotment
   * Acceptance or rejection of guests
   * Maintenance, facilities, and services
   They are governed exclusively by the respective Vidudhi management. Shrieenidhi Diamonds shall not be liable for any actions, omissions, or decisions taken by the Vidudhi authorities.
5. Compliance with Vidudhi Rules
   Each Vidudhi operates under its own terms, rules, and conditions, which must be strictly followed by the guest. If a guest fails to comply with these rules, the Vidudhi management reserves the right to deny accommodation or cancel the room reservation, without any obligation or liability on Shrieenidhi Diamonds.
6. Limitation of Liability
   Shrieenidhi Diamonds shall not be responsible for:
   * Any loss, damage, inconvenience, or dispute arising during the stay
   * Any cancellation, denial of service, or change in facilities by the Vidudhi management Personal belongings, safety, or conduct within the Vidudhi premises
